This portion of the map features the rather large advertisement by HP Gas. Note that it is written in both English and “Hinglish” but features Indian persons, and so is aimed towards a multilingual Mumbaikar community.

The map legend is rather thorough for a promotional advertisement and thus imbues the map with distinct cultural and practical value.

This portion of the map communicates the diversity of Mumbai as a result of an increasingly globalized world. Note the numerous different religious institutions in the area and the alternating between English and “Hinglish” for location names.
